PAYMENT
All payments must be sent in full before I begin the commission.Once final sketch is agreed upon and I have begun to render the final artwork I will not be able to accept full refunds. Partial refund will be dependent on the current progression of the commission.Prices are in GBP.
GENERAL TERMS✦ When commissioning you automatically agree to the terms of service and are expected as a client to respect and follow it.✦ Prices are base price and may increase due to complexity of design.✦During the sketch phase a maximum of three revisions of the work is possible, however once rendering has begun changes/edits will be limited and large/drastic changes will incur extra costs.✦ Please be kind and respectful in our communications.✦ I have the right to cancel a commission if I feel uncomfortable with the commission or if the commissioner has been disrespectful.✦ Failure to follow the TOS will result in cancelation of the commission order
USAGE
Unless agreed upon all commissions are for personal use only.Modifications of the work without my knowledge and consent is prohibited, This includes using the work or any of my other works to feed AI or use as NFTs.
As the commissioner you are able to:✦ Repost work on social media with proper credits to me as the creator of the work✦ Use the work in any way as long as it is for personal use only.
I as the artist am able to:✦ Use the work to promote my art on my portfolio or advertising both in physical and digital mediums. In things such are website, leaflets, art books etc.✦ Post on social media with credit to the commissioner as the owner of the work.
TIME FRAME AND DELIVERY
After I have received the payment in full I will begin working on the commission. Depending on the type of commission the time it will take to complete the work will vary however I will do my best to deliver as fast as possible.Once the commission is complete I will send the high resolution JPG/PNG image
